We are presenting an offer of attractive residental units in a new residental housing project in Prague 6-Suchdol. The villa-style house with 14 above-standard flats is situated within an original villa resort dating back to the first half of the 20th century. A nature reserve, suitable for active relaxation, is in close proximity. The municipality of Suchdol is situated in a quiet part of Prague, away from the big busy city. Ever since the 10th century, when it was founded by the Přemyslid dynasty, it has been a traditional settlement area on the elevated left bank of River Vltava. Suchdol is characterised by excellent infrastructure and accessibility for traffic (both cars and public transit - the Dejvická station of the Metro "A" line is 10 minutes away by bus). The area is home to the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and several primary schools and kindergartens. As such, Suchdol is an ideal location for family life.
